My Story

I am a registered psychologist who works with teenagers and adults who are seeking support in their lives. I have a special interest in supporting clients who have experienced trauma, including survivors of childhood trauma, and individuals with PTSD and vicarious trauma. I have also worked with individuals experiencing relational problems, work-place stress, depression, and anxiety.

My practice revolves around our core values of integrity, authenticity, compassion, connection, growth & development, and appreciation of individualisation.

My therapeutic approach focuses on relational healing, meaning that the therapeutic relationship we create is pivotal. I approach every session with compassion, kindness, and curiosity, so we can work together to understand what is going on for you. Through a collaborative approach, we will develop a meaningful and genuine connection, so you feel heard and understood, and empowered to make your own decisions in your own life.

I am well-versed in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour therapy, Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Trauma-Informed therapy, and when appropriate, utilising components from Dialectical Behaviour therapy and Psychodynamic psychotherapy. My qualifications include a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from Western Sydney University, and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Bond University.

I am a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). My services are rebated under Medicare or Private Health funds, making support more accessible for you.
