My Story

I am a male psychologist driven by compassion and unwavering dedication to my clients’ wellbeing. My utmost priority is to establish a collaborative and nurturing environment, where we can embark on a transformative therapeutic journey together. At Exclusive Wellbeing in Parramatta, I offer a diverse range of therapeutic options, including Face-to-Face and Telehealth Therapy, ensuring convenience and accessibility as we work towards positive growth and healing.

I strongly believe that every client deserves to be seen, heard, and valued as a unique individual. My warm and empathic approach, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude, helps clients feel at ease, especially those who may be experiencing anxiety or seeking therapy for the first time. Drawing from my diverse cultural background, with lived experience in both individualist and collectivist cultures, I offer a broad perspective and insights, making my practice inclusive and welcoming to people from all walks of life.

In my work, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CT, BT, CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy. I also embrace a family systems focused approach, putting emphasis on the person’s strengths and supporting them on their journey to self-discovery and growth.

My educational journey includes completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist accredited by the Psychology Board of Australia. As a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the APS Clinical College, I am committed to upholding the highest standards in my practice.

My areas of expertise and interest lie in working with young people and adults facing:

  • Anxiety
  • OCD-related concerns
  • Adjustment to significant events (e.g., parenthood, illness, work-related concerns).
  • Depression
  • PTSD
  • ADHD-related concerns
  • Low self-esteem
  • Relationship challenges
  • Eating-related concerns

I firmly believe that anyone can benefit from therapy to find the version of themselves that they’re looking for, not solely those with disorders. I find joy in helping individuals better understand themselves, improve their lives, and reach their full potential.

At Exclusive Wellbeing, I offer General Private Services and services under Medicare with Medicare Rebate. Additionally, I provide services under Work and Development Order, ensuring accessibility for clients seeking support.

My current availability for bookings at Exclusive Wellbeing in Parramatta includes Mondays and Fridays from 10am to 5pm.
